Access to blood test results
You can access your medical records
All patients in Denmark have the right to see their own medical records. This includes the right to see the results of any blood tests carried out.
You can get the results from the physician, who ordered the tests. This physician can also inform you about your current illness.
You can also see your medical records and laboratory results at the website: www.sundhed.dk.
You can find information on patients' rights at www.patientkontoret.rm.dk.
Contact your physician if you have questions about the test result
If you have any questions regarding the test results, please contact the physician, who ordered the tests.
As we do not know the reason for tests, we are not able to advise you or help you interpret the results. Your physician, on the other hand, knows your medical history and will be able to advise you with regards to your illness and the test results.
We will need to see ID, if you have requestes to see the results of your blood tests
If you have requested to see the results of your blood tests, we will need to see ID.
As you are not known to the laboratory staff, we need to see ID and you will have too fill out a formula, unless you have a blood test done at the same time.
